If you expect your State Revolving loan to exceed $100,000 then you must complete a Vermont Municipal Bond Bank State Revolving Fund Application (separate from the Department of Environmental Conservation's).

To download a copy of an application, complete the information below and click the "Download Application" button.

Note: Downloading an application does not commit the municipality to bond. After the DEC and VMBB complete their application reviews and the loan is approved, formal loan documents will need to be signed.
